User Agreement

Gongpany is operated by Ohhh LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("Ohhh LLC", "we", "us"). Last updated: 12 October 2026.

This agreement is between Ohhh LLC ("we") and the business that opens a Gongpany workspace ("you").

  1. Workspace and seats. The owner account is created by you. The owner invites team members (seats) and sets what each person can see and do. You are responsible for every seat under your workspace.
  2. Login security. Keep login details private. Tell us at once if you think an account is used without permission. The owner can sign any seat out at any time.
  3. Approvals. You choose which kinds of agent work need your approval before anything leaves your company. Work you set to go ahead without asking is your decision and your responsibility.
  4. Spend limits and kill switch. You can set spend limits for the company, departments, people and agents, and stop all agents at once with the kill switch.
  5. Connected tools. You decide which of your tools to connect (for example email or chat apps). You confirm you are allowed to connect them. You can disconnect them at any time.
  6. Your content. You keep your rights in your data and in the output made for you. You give us permission to process it only to run the Service for you.
  7. Departments. Departments and their skills are set by Gongpany. You switch departments on or off within your plan.
  8. Testing period. While a workspace is marked as testing, features may change or pause.
  9. Ending. When your plan ends, you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
