1. Who you pay. Ohhh LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. The company name may appear on your card or bank statement as Ohhh LLC or Gongpany.
2. How you pay. By the payment methods shown at checkout, processed on a secure hosted payment page by Airwallex, our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
3. Currency and price. The price and currency are shown before you pay. Your bank may add its own foreign exchange or card fees. Those are not ours.
4. Taxes. Prices exclude sales tax, VAT or similar taxes unless shown otherwise. Where required, tax is added at checkout.
5. Security. Payments run over encrypted connections on the provider's page.
6. Declined or failed payment. If a payment fails, we tell you and you can try another method. See the Billing Policy for what happens to a recurring plan.
7. Chargebacks. Please contact support first. We answer within 2 working days and fix genuine errors quickly.
