Gongpany

Billing Policy

Gongpany is operated by Ohhh LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("Ohhh LLC", "we", "us"). Last updated: 12 October 2026.

  1. Plans. Smart, Ultra and Sentient. Each can be billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. The price and the billing period are shown before you pay.
  2. Recurring charges. A plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period for the same period, at the price in force at the time, until you cancel. You agree to this when you choose the plan. We email you before a yearly renewal.
  3. Credits. Credits are bought one time at the price shown. They pay for services and AI models beyond your plan allowance. Credits are used up as you use the Service and are shown in your workspace. Credits do not expire while your workspace is active. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred.
  4. Invoices. An invoice or receipt is available for every charge. The invoice shows Ohhh LLC and Gongpany.
  5. Price changes. We give at least 30 days notice before a price change for a plan you already have. It applies from your next renewal.
  6. Upgrade and downgrade. You can change plan. An upgrade starts at once and the unused part of the old period is credited. A downgrade starts at the next renewal.
  7. Cancel. Cancel any time in your workspace or by emailing support@gongpany.com. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for.
  8. Failed renewal. If a renewal payment fails we retry and email you. After a 7 day grace period the workspace pauses. Your data is kept for 30 days. Pay at any time during that period to resume.
  9. Disputes about a charge. Email support@gongpany.com with the invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
