Privacy Policy

Gongpany is operated by Ohhh LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("Ohhh LLC", "we", "us"). Last updated: 15 October 2026.

  1. Who is responsible. Ohhh LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA, operating Gongpany. Privacy contact: support@gongpany.com.
  2. What we collect.
    1. Account data: name, work email, company name, role, language, login records.
    2. Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
    3. Workspace data: the files, messages, contact lists and tool connections you add, and the work the agents produce for you.
    4. Usage data: pages and features used, device and browser type, approximate location from the internet address, error logs.
  3. Why we use it. To provide and secure the Service, bill you, support you, improve the Service and meet legal duties.
  4. Your workspace data. We use it only to run the Service for you. We do not sell it. We do not use one client's data to serve another client. We do not use your workspace data to train public AI models.
  5. Instagram and Facebook data. When you connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page to Gopy OS, we receive, through Meta's official APIs and only with the permissions you grant on Meta's consent screen:
    • your account's profile, media, insights, comments and messages;
    • content you schedule or publish through Gopy OS;
    • creator search results and partnership messages you send through Instagram's creator marketplace;
    • branded content and partnership ad permissions.

    We use this data only to provide the features you use, and only for the workspace that connected the account: publishing and scheduling, replying to comments and messages, reporting, finding creators and contacting creators for your campaigns. Creators you find through Instagram or Threads are saved to your workspace's own list; they are never added to the Gongpany creator network and are never shown to another client. We never sell Meta data, never use it for advertising profiles, never share it with another client, and never use it to train AI models. Access tokens are kept on our own server in files that only the Gopy OS server account can read, and are never shown in the app, in logs or in error messages.

    You can disconnect at any time in Gopy OS, in the Connections tab of the Marketing, KOC/KOL, Customer Service or Leadership app, or in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy, Business integrations). When you disconnect, or when Meta tells us you removed the app or asked for deletion, we immediately delete the access tokens and the Meta data we stored for that account: comments, mentions, messages and reply drafts, the links and numbers of your posts, the creators you found through Instagram or Threads, partnership messages, and partnership ad records. Your own posts and drafts in Gopy OS stay, without their Meta links and numbers, and so do the creators you chose to add to your KOC/KOL creators list, until you remove them. If any part cannot be deleted automatically, we delete it by hand within 30 days. We keep a short deletion record (a reference code, the date and how many items were deleted) as proof.   6. Creators in our network. Gongpany keeps a network of content creators to help businesses find creators for campaigns. For each creator we hold:
    • public profile information: name or alias, public handles, country, content topics, public follower and engagement figures and how they change over time;
    • the business contact details a creator published or gave us, and the history of our contact with them.

    Sources:

    • the creator themselves;
    • our own campaigns;
    • public professional accounts, looked up with our own Instagram business account through Instagram's official Business Discovery API;
    • businesses using Gopy OS that add creators.

    Creators that a business finds with its own connected Instagram or Threads account (for example in Instagram's creator marketplace) are kept only in that business's workspace and are not added to the network.

    Legal basis: our legitimate interest in connecting creators with paid brand work, balanced with the creator's right to object.

    We never store home addresses, phone numbers or private messages in the network. Clients see public profile information only; contact details are shared with a client only when the creator agreed or the information is already publicly listed for business enquiries.

    Any creator can ask to see their record, correct it, opt out of contact or be removed completely: email support@gongpany.com or use https://gongpany.com/data-deletion/. We act within 30 days. An opt-out applies across every workspace.

  7. Who we share with. Service providers that help us run the Service, under contract: payment (Airwallex), hosting, email delivery and AI model providers that process your requests. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We share data if the law requires.
  8. Where data is processed. In the United States and other countries where our providers and team work, including China and other regions. We use contract terms and safeguards for transfers.
  9. How long we keep it. While your workspace is active. After it ends, 30 days for export, then deletion. Billing records are kept as tax law requires.
  10. Security. Encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limits, separate workspaces per client, login controls and logs. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored in files only the Gopy OS server account can read.
  11. Your rights. You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to some uses. Email support@gongpany.com. We reply within 30 days.
  12. Cookies. The site uses cookies needed to run it and, only if you agree, to measure visits.
  13. Children. The Service is for businesses and not for anyone under 18.
  14. Changes. We post changes here with a new date.
