Terms and Conditions

  1. Who we are. Gongpany is operated by Ohhh LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Gongpany provides AI superagent teams that work in Gopy OS, a web workspace (the "Service").
  2. Who may use it. The Service is for businesses. By using it you confirm you act for a business and have authority to accept these terms for it.
  3. What the Service does. The agents draft work such as replies, quotations, research, posts and contract notes. They are tools. You review and approve. Nothing the Service produces is legal, tax or financial advice. Contract notes do not replace a lawyer. Signing contracts always stays with you.
  4. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for what you approve and send, for the data you upload, for the tools you connect, and for following the laws that apply to your business, including rules on email, privacy and advertising. When you contact creators through the Service, you follow the platform's rules and the law on commercial messages, you honour opt-outs, and you only send partnership offers that are genuine.
  5. Plans, credits and prices. Plans are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. Credits can be bought to use services and AI models beyond a plan allowance. Prices are shown at checkout, before you pay, in the currency shown.
  6. Payment, billing, refunds. See the Payment Policy, Billing Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. They are part of these terms.
  7. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no spam, no attempts to break or overload the Service, no uploading data you have no right to use, no use to harm others. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.
  8. Your data. You own your data. We use it to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy.
  9. Creator network. Creators you add to the Service (public profile information only: handles, public metrics, topics, country) also join the Gongpany creator network, which we use to improve the Service and to help other businesses discover creators. Your contracts, prices, messages and notes about a creator are never shared. Contact details you add are shared with other businesses only as the Privacy PolicyData DeletionData Deletion describes.
  10. Our property. We own the Service, its software and brand. You get a right to use it while your plan is active.
  11. Availability. The Service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will never be interrupted or error free. AI output can be wrong.
  12. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost profit losses.
  13. Ending. You may cancel at any time (see Billing Policy). We may end the Service for serious breach.
  14. Law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you mandatory rights.
  15. Changes. We may update these terms. We will tell you before a material change takes effect.
