Data Deletion

If you connected Instagram or Facebook to Gopy OS

  1. In Gopy OS, open the Marketing, KOC/KOL, Customer Service or Leadership app, go to the Connections tab and choose Disconnect (or Disconnect Threads). We delete your access tokens and the Meta data we stored for that account at once.
  2. Or remove the app on Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations, then select "OHHH Agent" and Remove. Meta tells us, and we delete your access tokens and the Meta data we stored for that account automatically. Meta shows you a confirmation code; the link next to it shows what was deleted.
  3. The Meta data we delete is: your access tokens and linked account ids; comments, mentions, messages and reply drafts; the links, ids and numbers of posts published through Gopy OS; creators you found through Instagram or Threads and partnership messages; partnership ad records. Your own posts and drafts in Gopy OS stay without their Meta links and numbers, and creators you chose to add to your KOC/KOL creators list stay until you remove them. If any part cannot be deleted automatically, we delete it by hand within 30 days. We keep only a deletion record (reference code, date and counts), and the invoices and records the law requires us to keep.

If you are a creator in our network

Email support@gongpany.com from the address we contacted you on, or include your public handle, with the subject "Delete my creator data". We confirm within 30 days. We keep only a short opt-out record (your email or handle) so that no business using Gopy OS contacts you again.

If you are a Gopy OS customer

Ask your workspace owner, or email support@gongpany.com. Workspace data is deleted 30 days after the workspace ends, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Check the status of a request

If Meta gave you a confirmation code, open the status link shown with it to see what was deleted and when. Otherwise email support@gongpany.com with your request reference. We reply within 30 days.
