Refund and Returns Policy

Gongpany is operated by Ohhh LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("Ohhh LLC", "we", "us"). Last updated: 12 October 2026.

1. No physical goods. Gongpany is an online service. There are no returns of goods.
2. First purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may ask for a full refund of your first purchase of a plan within 7 days of payment.
3. Late delivery. If your workspace is not open within 10 working days of payment, you may ask for a full refund.
4. Credits. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits already used are not refundable.
5. Renewals. After the first purchase, a billing period that has already started is not refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, ask within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it if you have not used the Service in that period.
6. Our mistakes. If we charged you wrongly or twice, we refund the difference in full.
7. How to ask. Email support@gongpany.com with your workspace name and invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
8. How you are paid back. To the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
